I convey my sincere appreciation for the African Union=E2=80=99s continued
commitment to advancing youth leadership and capacity development through
the Continental Capacity Building Training Program for Youth 2026. This
initiative remains instrumental in strengthening Africa=E2=80=99s next gene=
ration
of leaders in alignment with Agenda 2063.

I respectfully write to seek your kind consideration regarding Mr. Raymond
Atuhairwe of Uganda, Raymond has consistently demonstrated dedication to
youth empowerment, civic engagement, and community-based development
initiatives within Uganda. His participation in the forthcoming training
would not only enhance his individual leadership capacity but also
contribute to strengthening Uganda=E2=80=99s engagement in continental yout=
h
development frameworks.

Uganda and East Africa continues to prioritize youth inclusion and capacity
enhancement as a strategic pillar of national development. Participation of
committed young leaders in African Union programs plays a vital role in
fostering policy alignment, cross-border collaboration, and knowledge
transfer at national and regional levels.

In light of the above, i humbly request your consideration for an
exceptional review or guidance on any possible avenue through which Mr.
