Welcome to Rural Child Empowerment Forum
Rural Child Empowerment Forum (RUCEF) is a Charitable Non – Profit Organization founded and registered in 2019 under the Registration No. MMC/CBS/10375 with our head offices in the main town of Mbarara Municipality. The Organization was formed as an initiative to advocate and support the well being of vulnerable children and the youth through our education and life skills programs. Our main focus is reaching out to those children living in the most rural and hard to reach communities in western Uganda and the country at large.

WHAT WE ARE DOING
ABOUT NYABUHAMA PRIMARY SCHOOL
Nyabuhama primary school was started in 1974 as a community church School. The School is located along the Kampala-Mbarara high way 12KM off the main road and it’s the only primary school in this community of Nyabuhama. Nyabuhama primary school has a total population of 311 pupils as of August 2017 with 160 girls and 151 boys. Like any other rural primary school in a developing country like Uganda, the school is facing a number of challenges.
